Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. As a company often described by our customers as part of their “community”, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the COVID-19 situation at OCF.

We know whatever your engagement with OCF, it depends on our ability to provide you with a reliable, uninterrupted service. We are asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible and confirm that we have full access, where required, to remotely support their business needs.

The OCF management team is in constant contact with our supply chain to ensure that we have the latest information and can effectively coordinate project deliveries effectively.

Where changes to deliveries are required from our customers’ sites due to internal policies/restrictions, the OCF Operations team will be working directly with these customers to revise plans and re-direct these deliveries as and when needed.

Many of our customers will be facing individual challenges in providing, supporting and maintaining your own services therefore we wanted to reach out and offer to provide additional assistance where possible for critical situations you may face.

We can help with: Remote support; Remote System Administration assistance; Advice and guidance on making your systems externally accessible.
