Current Opportunities

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR - APPRENTICE

Predominantly, a supportive role assisting the OCF Sales and Bid teams with general administration, communication, organisational capability and cover.

The apprentice will be expected to monitor and action shared email inboxes, answer and direct phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks, including quote preparation, proofreading, managing opportunities on supplier portals, helping team members with travel and coordinating meetings, etc. Ad-hoc administration will also be required when required.

Moving forward, the apprentice will become skilled in multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: - write letters or emails, assist with proposals, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Salesforce CRM, various web portals.

The Business Administrator is also expected to show initiative and manage priorities and their own time. They will work closely with other departments and team members.

This role will present excellent future progression opportunities within OCF and the broader IT industry. Potential future roles include bid coordination, business development, projects, and operations.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Annual leave: 25 days
