Each OCF HPC project is managed by a trained PRINCE2 accredited project manager and adheres to the methodology of PRINCE2. By formally defining and documenting every step of the process, OCF is able to ensure the success of the project and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Project Management

Each OCF project is managed by a PRINCE2 accredited project manager and adheres to the methodology of PRINCE2. 

The assignment of a project manager gives the customer a central point of contact throughout the lifespan of the project and is responsible for ensuring that all the customers’ expectations are met. All OCF project managers are PRINCE2 accredited project manager and the team also hold MSP and ITIL v3 certification with many years’ experience in delivering high performance cluster & storage solution implementations.

The OCF project manager acts as a single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing the roll out from order, installation, acceptance and transition into operational support.

Professional Services

Support & Managed Services

Following successful integration and acceptance of the supplied solution, our implementation team hand over to our support and managed services department.

OCF offers the following options:

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) driven single point of contact for break/fix support for the entire solution
  • Credit-based call of contracts for 'ad-hoc' tasks such as system upgrades and application installation (these credits can be used on-site or remotely)
  • Remote System Administration Contracts: Proactive monitoring and management of your solution by the experienced managed services team
  • Bespoke on-site administration packages
